  Had a nice time. Happy to book again.

  + Communication was really good, loved the bedband the balcony. It was also great that there were tiles instead of a carpet. Breakfast was very good also.

  − The gym was pretty underwhelming which is often the case but it was also in the same room as the thermal pool. That made it too warm and too humid to work out nicely with the very limited equipment.

  + The Hotel is super luxurious and an absolute 11/10 for interior design. Then, the Staff! WOW!!!! May and once again say WOW!!! We just want to abduct Mafalda!! She is an absolute GEM!!! We do not have any words to describe her but just to say WOW WOW WOW!!!! And then André who is so amazing making the best cappuccino with cream and having this amazing personality!! And then Luis who is also just super amazing!!!! Well done to the staff, management and owners of Hotel Hotel 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 . A super 12/10 for you all!!! Also great breakfast!!
