  Comfortable stay

  + Great location, easy walk (well, up the hill) from the metro. Lots of good restaurants nearby and easy to get around. Room was big and shower had great pressure and good products. Loved the steamer for clothes.

  − Room cleaning was very late - usually being cleaned around 4-5pm when we were arriving back wanting to rest/change. Spa facilities good but a little strange for the sauna not to be in the same complex - have to go back through the change rooms and corridor. Seemed to only have late night room service menu so we weren’t sure if could get other food. TV in mirror which seems fancy but lots of glare if you watch with lights on.

  + Hotel excelente, superou as expectativas. Ambiente aconchegante, equipe atenciosa, café da manhã incrível. O quarto é bem confortável, com lençol e toalhas de qualidade, banheiro espaçoso. Recomendo demais!

  Sehr schönes wenn auch nicht billiges Hotel für einen Städtetrip nach Porto

  + Schön große, ruhige und saubere Zimmer. Mit einen hervorragenden Frühstück. Alles sehr modern aber dennoch nicht zu abgehoben.

  − Die Dusche war in der Badewanne integriert. Der Einstieg sehr hoch da war nicht so schön obwohl sie eine traumhafte Regendusche hatte.
