  Hotel bien ubicado, muy cerca de Union Square

  + Hotel bien ubicado, muy cerca de Union Square. Sus servicios son muy basicos, da la sensación de ser un hotel bastante antiguo y no muy bien mantenido. Nuestra habitación era muy pequeña, no muy parecida a las fotos que vimos en la reserva, no tenia servicio de aire acondicionado, que si bien despues vimos en la descripción que no lo ofrecia, realmente para nosotros no era confortable ni agradable para permanecer en ella. Nuestra reserva era por 3 noches, y finalmente solo nos alojamos por una noche, ya que llegamos muy tarde y no teniamos otra opción a esa hora. Al dia siguiente pedimos cancelar y la persona de la recepción amablemente nos aceptaron un reembolso. Nos cambiamos a otro hotel.

  − No puedo decir que la habitación no tenia los estandares, ya que al revisar la descripción en detalles, era realmente lo que ofrecian por el precio de la reserva, que era bueno, solo que no eran agradable para nosotros continuar nuestra estancia alli. Lo que si quiero mencionar, fue el servicio de desayuno que estaba incluido en el precio, y lo que verdaderamente ofrecen como desayuno, es como si no existiera, de hecho solo pude tomar algo de café, ademas que el local donde sirven el desayuno no es nada agradable.

  − Colazione pessima, non vi era nulla da mangiare, solo alcune fette di pan carré (da tostare) con burro e marmellata. Caffè e succo. Stanza piccolissima senza un tavolo per appoggiare il mio PC. Ascensore con le porte mal funzionanti. Un albergo proprio vecchio che in Italia non lo farebbero neanche esercitare.

  + Vicinanza a molti ristoranti e negozietti, fermata autobus, possibilità di parcheggio a pagamento (un po' caro). Colazione molto basic. Staff gentile e disponibile.

  − Purtroppo un po' troppo vicino al quartiere Tenderloin, tristemente noto per i senzatetto ed altri; tuttavia spostandosi di pochi passi a piedi la zona migliorava.

  Costo contenuto ma con alcuni disagi

  + Buona pulizia, ottima posizione vicino al centro, bagno grande.

  − Avevamo una stanza piccola non ci stavano neanche le valigie. In oltre faceva caldo e si soffocava, anche lasciando la finestra aperta non girava l’aria perché dava su un cortiletto cieco. Niente aria condizionata, ci siamo fatti dare un ventilatore.
