+ Very clean, great communication, helpful staff, super convenient in French Quarter just a few blocks from the Opera House. Loved it! Just FYI, the beds are very firm.

+ Nice hotel with nice staff and a good location) Can recommend it! Only thing which could be improved is the noise level from the neighbours (or construction workers) since it gets loud quite early in the morning.

+ Customer support is excellent. We love the place. The only "dislike" is it's a little tricky to enter the address to grab, you need to state "ngõ 2 Hàm Long", otherwise if you use your location, it will state "so 2 Ham Long"

+ Lovely shower and gorgeous balcony and surrounding alleyway. Quiet and off the street, the room is practical for a short stay such as ours. We will stay again. Beds are firm and comfortable.
