- Cleanliness9.9
Multiple reviews explicitly mention cleanliness positively (rooms and beach cleaned daily); overall very good housekeeping and daily beach cleaning despite sargassum.
- Service10.0
Overwhelming praise for staff, named employees and butler service, described as warm, professional, attentive and going above and beyond; standout strength of the property.
- Location9.8
Repeatedly noted as excellent: direct beach access, steps from 5th Avenue, very convenient for walking into town and beach views from pool area.
- Room Quality9.0
Rooms and beds described as very comfortable, but isolated negative mentions include a too-soft mattress for one guest, AC issues and limited hanging space in one review.

Strong amenities mentioned (pool with ocean views, well-equipped gym, Starbucks on site), though some restaurants were closed in low season and there were operational issues (lift access) and beach sargassum impact.

Excelente, highly recommend
+ I really enjoyed the property. The staff was amazing. I will be returning. It was amazing experience. I love the Starbucks coffee and the staff. There was amazing as well.
− The only thing I did not like was there was not a lot of food variety. I wish you could’ve been more breakfast variety.

Worth the price; if you know Cancun resorts it’s an affordable, yet exceptional, short stay.
+ Excellent staff. Definitely get more than what you pay for, in my opinion.
− There was a space under construction— just wish we had the full experience.

+ הכל מצויין. החדרים, ניקיון, שירות, מיקום, המסעדות, הסטארבקס במלון, הבריכה, החוף (רק חבל שיש אצות..)
− אין מקום בחדר לתלות בגדים.
