  awesome massage and friendly staff

  + The friendliness of the staff, the welcome drink with fruit and the full body massage after a tiring journey! We liked the location as the hotel is just a 10 minute walk from the beach and there're lots of fancy restaurants in the area. It was easy to get to the city centre by grab.

  + Everything is great in this hotel. The staff was polite, courteous, spoke English and prompted when help was needed. The rooms are clean, spacious, towels are changed every day and they smell delicious. Floors are cleaned, which is undoubtedly pleasing, not everywhere it is done in Vietnam. I would like to mention such wonderful things as vouchers that are given at this hotel. Upon check-in, we were given 3 vouchers: for beer, at a rooftop pool bar not far from the hotel, for breakfast, which was delicious, and for a massage. I don't know if I got a discount on the massage voucher or the fact of my stay, but I got a 30% discount on my first visit and a 95-minute massage cost me 350,000 DONG (it's about $13 now ). The breakfasts were delicious, and I ate too much. There weren't a lot of desserts and fruits, although it wasn't a big problem for me. The location of the hotel is very good. There are many restaurants nearby, it's a 3-minute walk to the sea, and the street is very quiet, so we slept well.
