  Good place to stay when visiting few days.

  + Wonderful location to walk around this part of the city. Spacious room. Nice kitchen area to have breakfast or coffee/tea at any time. Very helpful host. Even ordered us taxi when we left. Informed about fixed rate of 21.- eur for this ride , worth taking when you travel with suitcases. We could leave or luggage in there after check out - as our plane was later in the evening.

  − Our air conditioning wasn’t working properly first night, so it was hard to sleep in heat, but was fixed next day- so that was nice and quick. Property is on high first floor- so 3 long stairs to carry up your suitcases. As lift does not go there.

  Beautiful building, but not sound proofed for the busy street & noise.

  + The building is beautiful and the staff are friendly. The location is in the heart of Sorrento.

  − The noise from the street below. The building was beautiful but the noise from the busy street below until 3am was unbearable, then the cleaners, street sweepers & laundry deliveries all start at 7am, they are also super noisy. The doors that open onto the balconies are not sound proof and the street below is the busiest street in Sorrento, such a shame. We purchased ear plugs for the following night and they helped a lot, just a heads up if you stay here invest in some. I feel they should supply them at check in.

  Great location

  + The location was great right in the middle of things. It was a little noisy but that felt like ambiance snd certainly didn’t impact our enjoyment. The room was gorgeous and breakfast on the roof absolutely lovely

  − Beds were very firm and the water didn’t seem to get hot. Lukewarm even after running for awhile

  Heart beat of Sorrento

  + The view of the street and cliff side is iconic. You’re right in the middle of Sorrento. 10/10 location. Rooms are beautiful. Breakfast is good.

  − There were multiple issues with the shower (cold/low -no pressure). Our room door was left open after cleaning staff had been in one day. Though, I don’t believe anything sinister to have occurred. It’s still not a great look.
