  エレベーターの故障が辛かった。

  + ユニオンスクエアやパウエル駅に近く、どこに行くにも便利だった。 冷房がないため窓が開く造りになっており、爽やかな風が入って心地良かった。

  − 滞在中4日滞在中の2日はエレベーターが故障しており、8階の私は昇り降りに大変な思いをした。また、以前に宿泊された方々の評価を読んで、コンチネンタルブレックファーストがあるものと思っていたが、なくなっていたようで残念。

  Would have felt more worth it if the elevator worked and we had a fridge.

  + The location of the hotel was great. Close enough to downtown. Very close to the Nintendo store which I didnt realise when booking, but was a pleasant surprise.

  − The rooms were decent but did not have a refrigerator which would have been nice, so there was no where to store food. The evelators were also no lt working during our stay, and the stair cases are extremely narrow, making it very difficult to carry luggage up the stairs especially when other people are trying to come down the stairs.

  + Alle waren sehr nett und bemüht. Das Bett war sehr gemütlich. Der Eingangsbereich war sehr schön ausgestattet.

  − Der grauslige Teppich überall und vor allem im Zimmer. Der sollte weg! Gegen Laminat austauschen. Und das es nach 4 Tagen am morgen auf einmal keine Croissants mehr gab, was in der Beschreibung im Preis enthalten war. Man bekam nur noch Kaffee. Meine Kollegin hatte ein neues Fenster. Ich hatte ein uraltes Fenster in meinem Zimmer. Ich brauche immer frische Luft, wenn ich das Fenster aufschieben wollte musste ich aufpassen das es nicht rausfiel.

  − In room coffee maker did not work. Informed front desk, was not corrected. Last day elevator out of order, had to bring luggage down eight flights of stairs.

  Gute Unterkunft in der Nähe vom Zentrum und den U-Bahnen und dem öffentlichen Verkehr

  + Das auch ein Bügeleisen und Bügel İş da war war ungewöhnlich. Dass die Klobürste fehlt ist anscheinend in Amerika so üblich Auch Kaffee und Kuchen am Morgen war super. Ganz nahe zur U-Bahn-Station Auch nicht so weit weg von den cable Car

  − Die Betten waren etwas höher als gewohnt aber das war kein Problem aber für manche vielleicht ungewöhnlich. Wie gesagt die fehlende Klobürste ist aber in Amerika üblich
