  + Great location in the city center, spotless clean rooms, and very friendly staff at Hotel Nicco. However, I am extremely disappointed with the management. They charged an excessive deposit of €880.93, which I have never experienced anywhere else, even in America. To make matters worse, despite checking out on August 31st, the refund will not be processed until September 22nd. This feels like an unfair tactic to force guests to spend money on hotel restaurants and amenities. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was terrible—extremely slow and constantly dropping out.
