− The rooms were dirty; the bed linen was unclean—stained with blood and smelling unpleasant. The bathroom was covered in other people's hair. The bath towels also had hair on them; they smelled bad and were of terrible quality. There was a very unpleasant odor in the room. The description mentioned parking, but in reality, there were only 12 spaces for more than 30 rooms; there wasn't enough space for everyone, so we had to park wherever we could. Parking availability had been a key factor for us in choosing the hotel. I didn't like the place at all: the reality was vastly different from the photos.
