  − The room is very outdated. They don't give you extra anything. I asked for extra towels and the ladies looked at me as if i asked them to sacrifice their 1st born child. They were rude.

  − Everything! Dirty blankets! Flat old stained pillows! Stains on the walls! Water wouldn’t get hot! Tv was static! I can go on and on will NEVER go back

  Fun in SF

  + We felt safe in the neighborhood and walked around to get dinner and visited some local shops. It was close to our attractions we were interested in visiting, which gave us peace of mind. Loved the larger mini fridge, would have liked a coffee pot to make tea. There wasn't a blow dryer, but when I asked the front desk if they had one to use and they did.

  − The bathroom could really use some updating. It was clean, but didn't feel like it. The towels were small and thin.
