+ Clean and spacious rooms, well maintained. Modern and comfortable. Handy to have access to a washer and dryer. Loved the communal area with a luggage store- however you will need to lock your luggage zips as the area is not staffed. Bus options within easy walk.
− The location is great for exploring the area near the Kiyomizu-dera temple and Gion. Quiet neighbourhood at night with limited dining options within short walking distance.
