  − Absence de staff de réception, disfonctionnement du système d'inscription en ligne et sur place, disfonctionnement de la clim de la chambre (humidité insupportable), absence de petit déj à l'hôtel. Des armoires spécialement conçues pour blesser les crânes.

  − The air con didn't work and had leaked for some time making the room smell and it was so uncomfortable at night with little air and no windows etc, they provided a fan but it was very noisy

  Great hotel in fantastic location

  + This is a fantastic location. In a quiet, suburban area with minimal chaos from the tourism but still close enough to walk to all main sites. The hotel was extremely comfortable, clean and very spacious rooms/bathrooms.

  Pleasant room, really dirty AC, black mould and dripping water!

  + The Hotel is really comfortable and it’s easy to check in via a tablet and a QR code you make yourself. The rooms are also ver specious and you have a nice view of a small garden. The bathroom was also very good

  − You can’t open the windows in any way shape or form. You are subject to the AC unit working, which unfortunately wasnt the case for me. As soon as I turned it on, it started leaking water drops in a mass that it even dropped into a nearby cabin. I made a complaint to the staff. The staff just told me she could reach anybody right now and she would send someone the next day to fix it. The next day came and went and the AC was still dripping. Meanwhile staff just gave me a fan and a air cleaning unit. I also found, I assume, black mould around the AC unit and on the grid keeping it out of reach.
