  + Pics of the building are true, but the area surrounding hotel is less than desirable. Great work out area, room is clean, bathrooms top notch, restaurants are good, terrible location.

  + Hotel was beautiful and clean and modern. It was however in a terrible neighborhood and the people outside at night were yelling and it sounded like they were throwing things. Pretty uncomfortable with my little ones. We didn’t get much sleep.

  + The hotel itself was very good, but it’s on the edge of the Tenderloin neighborhood which isn’t good — lots of homelessness, vagrancy, crime, and other undesirable elements. And none of the car services (Uber, Waymo, etc.) would pick up in front of the hotel -- it was always around the corner from the hotel.
