  Hsb week

  + Good rate, close to event at GG Park. A lot of demand for the comp parking but street parking close enough

  − Filthy, there was trash in room when we chkd in, seemed like floor hasnot been cleaned ever (dirt and grime from floor came up onto feet and then socks. Our room at least needed a thorough cleaning and disinfection.

  + Very nice front desk staff, allowed us to check in hour early. Good size rooms, includes fridge. Microwave + free coffee available at front desk. Room was bigger than expected - nice! Free parking (limited spaces) and Wi-Fi included.

  − 1) Could do with some re-paint to brighten up the room. 2) Not enough lighting in main room. 3) Could not open curtains as people walking by can see straight into room. 4) Some seating / sofa would have been nice. 5) Room front door was sticking / hard to close.
