  − Did not like thar i booked a dissbility access room and found put was unable to access shpwer as i had to climb over the top of a bathtub. Even tjough i had specifically booked and management had confirmed it was a disability acces room. Was moved to a smaller room

  − The elevator was on maintenance and we switched rooms, the breakfast option we did not see it just the coffe and tea station. Not great that we need to pay for parking inside the hotel but I guess it’s the location/city

  If you don't expect too much and want to stay at a budget place, this is fine. Lousy breakfast.

  + Location is central. Staff is kind. Not too expensive given the rest of the city.

  − Breakfast is terrible: only overly sweet pastries and "croissants" that are tasteless. The rooms are dark and rather old, though clean and if you don't mind it simple it is fine.

  − Overpowering smell in hallways and room, maybe from cleaning products. Very sad 'continental' breakfast. Expensive parking. Not a great neighbourhood.

  Nice staff. Central location. Good value. Some security risks.

  + The staff was friendly. It was an easy checkin and checkout process. The place was clean. The only thing was this gum visibly stuck to sofa. The location was only a few minutes walk to the BART and main bus stops. There are convenience stores open late. The location is only 1 ride to the airport and tourist spots.

  − There were homeless people on the way from thr BART / bus stops to the hotel. So it was a bit scary especially at night. Our room was on the first floor. Really noisy. Some concerns with being safe in the courtyard, since the only security access is our room door already. There is a security person but they don't check if we are staying there so anyone might be able to attempt to come in. We can hear the other room too. There was gum visibly stuck to the sofa.
