  Příjemné a pohodlné ubytování

  + Líbila se mi skvělá poloha hotelu. Personál byl velmi příjemný, úslužný, vstřícný, vždycky ochotný pomoct. Pokoje byly prostorné a čisté, přesně jak jsem je viděla při rezervaci. Celkově jsem ocenila pohodlné a příjemné prostředí.

  Fantastic location but wouldn’t stay again.

  + Fantastic location. Easy walking distance to fishermans wharf and streetcar stop 2 minute walk around the corner.

  − 1) Very noisy which made it difficult to sleep. We had to ask to move rooms after the first night as the noise was unbearable. 2) Beds and pillows were also uncomfortable which made matters worse so we all left with tired with sore necks and backs. 3) Pool was closed and whilst you could use neighbouring hotel pools we didn’t want to go wandering the streets in our swimwear. 4) I requested a fridge in advance to store medication, it took 24 hours into our stay and 3 visits to reception to make this happen.

  − There was only one staff member for the entire floor, and we had to change the bed linen ourselves because it was dirty. Other than that, everything was good. The breakfast was quite basic, mostly ready-made sandwiches to go. Coffee is available for free to everyone in the mornings.
