  + It is a very quaint hotel, great location, a nice sitting area by the river, a cute pool, and a great kitchen you could use if you would like. Overall staff were kind and helpful.

  − I am sensitive to sleeping on plastic coated mattress pads as I end up sweating very profusely during the night. I did ask for it to be changed, and I was met with a bit of resistance, but eventually she agreed to speak with housekeeping, which I appreciated.. It all worked out fine. There are mosquitos about so you may want to consider bringing some repellent.

  + Todo fue fantastico, un lugar mágico dónde hospedarse en el corazón de Puerto Vallarta. Servicio excepcional con un personal increible, te hacen sentir en casa y cuidan que tu estancia sea digno de un hotel de 5 estrellas. Totalmente recomendable!!!! Jacuzzi con vistas al rio, paz, relax, piscina que te transporta a otra época, delicioso desayuno, cama muy cómoda, tés y café a tu disposición todo el dia, atención nada más hacer el check in, te facilitan todo y eso se agradece cuando viajas. El personal te ayuda en todo, son encantadores/as. Solo tengo palabras de agradecimiento y admiración a TODO el personal del hotel. Mis felicitationes.

  Amazing

  + First, Evan, the front desk person was amazing, very friendly and hospitable. He even carried my 2 big heavy suitcases to my room which was so nice. He took time to show me around the property and the room. Next day, the lady at the front desk was also very nice and hospitable and was kind enough to allow me to check out at 12pm instead of 11am since my flight back to the states was at 4pm. Overall am amazing experience. Thanks again
